Get started with your Walla Soundbeat open-ear headphones in just a few minutes!

Getting Started

Charge Your Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your Soundbeat using the included magnetic charging cable.

  • 🔴 Red light = Charging

  • 🔵 Blue light = Fully charged

A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

Wear Your Soundbeat

Place the band behind your neck and position the ear hooks so the speakers rest comfortably just outside your ears, above your temple bones.

Pair with Your Device

  1. Press and hold the power button for 3–5 seconds to turn on the headphones.

  2. Open your device's Bluetooth settings.

  3. Select Walla Soundbeat from the list of available devices.

Listen Without Your Phone

The Soundbeat includes built-in MP3 storage for phone-free listening.

Add Music

  1. Connect the headphones to your computer using the charging cable.

  2. Open the device as a USB drive.

  3. Transfer your music files (MP3, WAV, APE, FLAC, or WMA).

  4. Safely eject the device when finished.

Switch to MP3 Mode

Double-press the power button to enter MP3 mode. Your music will automatically resume from where you last stopped listening.

Music Controls

  • Volume Up: Press +

  • Volume Down: Press –

  • Next Track: Press and hold +

  • Previous Track: Press and hold –

  • Play/Pause: Short press the power button

Calls & Voice Assistant

  • Answer Call: Short press the power button

  • Decline Call: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds

  • Activate Siri/Google Assistant: Press and hold the power button for 1 second

For Workouts & Activities

For a more secure fit during running or intense activities, attach the included strap to the headphone arch.

Care & Safety Tips

To keep your Walla Soundbeat in great condition:

  • Wipe dry after each use.

  • Do not use in salt water.

  • Avoid excessive heat exposure.

  • Only charge with a 5V/1A charger.
