How can I change the shipping address of my Walla Sound order?

If you would like to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. 

We are able to make changes to the shipping address as long as your order has not yet been picked and packed at our logistics center, so please inform us as soon as you can. 

 

I have received a damaged or defective Walla Sound product, what should I do?

If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team to notify them.

To expedite a replacement, please provide photos or a video plus a description of the damage to the packaging and/or products inside. Our customer service team will be able to further assist from there. 

 

What is the delivery time of Walla Sound?

You can expect your Walla Sound order to deliver within 3-5 business days.

When your order is dispatched we send you an email notification with your shipment and tracking information. You can additionally reference this information in your Customer Account. 

If you haven't received your order within 10 business days, please check the tracking information. If you have not received a notification of shipment please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Yes, there is a window of time where we are able to modify your order. This occurs between when your order is placed and when your items are picked and packed by our logistics center.
