Getting Started

Before First Use

  1. Remove all packaging materials.
  2. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
  3. Charge the case fully before first use.
    • Earbuds: about 60 minutes
    • Charging case: about 2 hours

Charging Instructions

Charging the Earbuds

  • Place the earbuds into the charging case.
  • Charging starts automatically.
  • Earbuds fully charge in approximately 60 minutes.

Charging the Case

  1. Connect the USB-C cable to the charging case.
  2. Plug into a 5V power source.
  3. Full charge takes about 2 hours.

** A fully charged case can recharge the earbuds about 4.5 times, giving up to 28 hours of total playtime.

Pairing with Your Device

  1. Open the charging case.
  2. Remove both earbuds.
  3. Enable Bluetooth on your phone or device.
  4. Select “WallaBuds Pro Dot” from the Bluetooth list.
  5. Once connected, the earbuds will reconnect automatically next time.

**Bluetooth range: up to 10 meters (33 ft) in open areas.



Using the Earbuds

Wearing the Earbuds

  • Insert the earbuds gently into your ears.
  • Adjust until they feel secure and comfortable.
  • The low-profile design is suitable for side sleeping.

Audio & Calls

  • Each earbud includes one MEMS microphone.
  • Provides clear voice pickup for phone calls.
  • Sound is delivered through 6mm speakers with a 20Hz–20kHz frequency range.

 Note: These earbuds do not support ANC or ENC noise canceling.

  • Up to 5 hours at 50% volume
  • About 4 hours at maximum volume
  • Up to 28 hours total with charging case

Troubleshooting

Earbuds won’t connect

  • Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
  • Place earbuds back in the case and remove them again.
  • Keep earbuds within 10 meters of your device.

One earbud has no sound

  • Ensure both earbuds are fully charged.
  • Reinsert both earbuds into the case, then reconnect.

Short battery life

  • High volume reduces playtime.
  • Fully recharge earbuds and case before use.

Audio cuts out

  • Move closer to your device.
  • Avoid obstacles or strong wireless interference.
