Order and delivery process was fine. The audio is good. Fit appears to be okay for smaller ears. I like when on & off are said.

Had to get a replacement since the right bud of the original didn’t work. But the staff was friendly and helpful and provided a solution. Buds fit well and are comfortable. Good sound.
